Standard shipping takes 5-7 business days. Express shipping (2-3 days) and Overnight options are available at checkout. Once shipped, you'll receive a tracking link via email.
Yes! All orders over $60 qualify for free standard shipping within the US. The free shipping threshold is automatically applied at checkout , no coupon code needed.
Currently we ship to the US, Canada, the UK, Australia, Germany, and France. International shipping rates and times vary by destination and are shown at checkout.
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number and a link to follow your package in real time. You can also contact our support team with your order number for an update.
Returns & Refunds
We offer free 30-day returns on all orders. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received. See our Returns page for full details.
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 2 business days. The amount will appear on your original payment method within 5-10 business days depending on your bank.
We're sorry to hear that! Please take a photo of the damage and contact us at support@venturestore.com within 48 hours of delivery. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund immediately , no need to return the damaged item.
