Order Processing
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST on a business day are typically processed the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM or on weekends will be processed the next business day.
Once processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.
International Shipping
We currently ship to the following countries:
- United States (domestic)
- Canada , 7-14 business days from $14.99
- United Kingdom , 7-14 business days from $16.99
- Australia , 10-18 business days from $18.99
- Germany & France , 7-14 business days from $15.99
International customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes charged by their country. These fees are not included in our prices or shipping charges.
Tracking Your Order
After your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking link. You can monitor your delivery status at any time. If you haven't received tracking information within 2 business days of your order, please contact us.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package appears lost or hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact our support team. We will investigate with the carrier and, if necessary, reship your order or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
